In a step-after-step approach it guides users through questions about the complainant, the cause of the alleged violation, a potential relation to a Charter right and the connection with EU law and tries to give an answer on the question of applicability.

It is inteded to be used in in combination with a Tutorial on fundamental rights protection in the EU. Both tools have been developed by the project team of the EU co-funded project CharterClick!
