Module 2 focusses on the interaction between different levels of the judiciary - the judicial dialogue. It includes information on

  • preliminary references from national courts to the CJEU
  • guidance on when a national court has to disapply a national provision contravening EU law
  • the principle of mutual recognition of judicial decisions
