Handbook developed within the EU co-funded project Active Charter Training Through Interaction of National Experiences (ACTIONES)
Module 5 of the Actiones Handbook series aims at exploring the added value that the coming into force of the Charter has provided for the guarantee of fundamental rights for asylum seekers. The handbook provides a very comprehensive overview of rights and principles of relevance for the fields of asylum and migration and refers to an impressive number of cases decided by the CJEU that can serve as a guidance for the interpretation of Charter rights at the national level.
