Actiones - Handbook Module 4 Consumer Protection

Description

Handbook developed within the EU co-funded project Active Charter Training Through Interaction of National Experiences (ACTIONES)

Modul 4 of the Actiones Handbook series is dedicated to consumer protection as enshrined in Artucle 38 of the Charter. It represents one of principles the Charter is formulating and does not constitute a subjective right. In the case law of the CJEU however, the right the right of consumers to effective remedies guranteed by Article 47as a subjective right has been frequently addressed.

Main part of the handbook is a very comprehensive presentation of case law followed by some hypothtical case studies that can be used in trainings.
