Judging the Charter
The Charter in judicial practise with a special focus on the case of protection of refugees and asylum seekers
The European Union Agency for Fundamental Rights (FRA) has developed a fundamental rights one-stop-shop app for mobile devices. The EU Charter app provides regularly updated information on an article-by-article basis on related EU and international law; European Court of Justice (CJEU) case law and a selection of European Court of Human Rights (ECtHR) and national case law that refers directly to one of the Charter Articles.
