The Academy of European Law (ERA) in the course of the project The Charter of Fundamental Rights of the European Union in Practice has set up a Library providing linkages to relevant publications on the Charter, selected case law as well as seminar materials and audio files from the training sessions conducted in the course of the project.

The collection of seminar materials includes power-point-presentations and audio files on

questions related to the applicability of the Charter

general issues like the acope of protection and how to rely on the Charter before national courts

the interrelation of the Charter with other fundamental rights instruments and

Charter rights and their effects on different areas of law, like social law, administrative law, competition law, criminal law and the rights of Union citizens.
