Judging the Charter
The Charter in judicial practise with a special focus on the case of protection of refugees and asylum seekers

The case is interesting insofar as it adresses the question of the applicability of the Charter to acts undertaken by EU institutions - not by Member States in implementing EU law. It can also be used to discuss questions of proportionality in relation to the right to property (Article 17) and an objective of general interest.
